These Terms of Service govern access to bucavo.com, use of its features and purchases made through the website.

The seller and contracting party is ERLEBE LIMITED, trading as Bucavo, a private company limited by shares registered in England and Wales under company number 17400583, with registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, London, England, WC2H 9JQ.

In these Terms, “Bucavo”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ERLEBE LIMITED. “You” and “your” refer to the customer or website user.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Cookie Policy and any product-specific instructions or warnings. Mandatory consumer rights take priority over any conflicting provision in these Terms.

  1. ELIGIBILITY

You must have the legal capacity required in your jurisdiction to place an order.

If a product is intended for a child, the order must be placed by an adult. An adult must review all age guidance, warnings and instructions and supervise use where required.

  1. PERMITTED WEBSITE USE

You may use the website for lawful personal shopping and informational purposes.

You must not:

  1. Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, accounts or connected systems.

  2. Interfere with website security or operation.

  3. Introduce malicious code.

  4. Submit fraudulent or misleading information.

  5. Impersonate another person.

  6. Use the website in violation of applicable law.

  7. Reproduce or commercially exploit website materials without permission.

  8. Use automated systems in a manner that places an unreasonable burden on the website or circumvents access restrictions.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the website, our service providers or our legal rights.

  1. ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and current information.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity carried out through your account, except where responsibility cannot legally be assigned to you.

Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorised account activity.

  1. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We aim to describe products, contents, dimensions, compatibility, prices, images, availability, age guidance and warnings accurately.

Screen settings, photography, packaging revisions and manufacturing updates may cause minor differences in colour or appearance. These differences do not affect rights relating to material misdescription or non-conforming goods.

Only products, quantities, components and accessories expressly identified on the product page, selected option, cart or order confirmation are included.

Contact us before ordering if a particular feature, compatibility requirement or included component is essential.

  1. PRODUCT SAFETY

Products must be assembled, used, charged, cleaned, maintained and stored in accordance with their instructions and warnings.

An adult must:

  1. Inspect children’s products before use.

  2. Review age recommendations and warnings.

  3. Supervise use where appropriate.

  4. Keep small parts, cords, packaging and electronic components away from children who may place them in their mouths.

  5. Stop use if a product is damaged, loose, unusually hot or otherwise appears unsafe.

General information on the website is not a substitute for product-specific instructions or professional advice.

  1. PRICES, CURRENCIES AND TAXES

The product price, discounts, shipping charge, transaction currency and total amount payable are displayed before the order is submitted.

Prices and promotions may change before an order is placed. Changes do not affect an order after a binding contract has been formed, except where both parties agree or correction is permitted by law.

Cross-border orders may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, brokerage charges or carrier fees. These amounts are included only when checkout expressly states that they are included. Otherwise, the recipient is responsible for charges imposed by the destination country, customs authority or carrier.

  1. ORDER PROCESS

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of the order but does not necessarily constitute acceptance. A binding contract is formed when we expressly accept the order or confirm dispatch, depending on the wording of the communication sent to you.

Review the products, quantities, delivery address, contact information and total price before submitting the order.

  1. ORDER REFUSAL OR CANCELLATION

Before a contract is formed, we may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons including:

  1. Payment failure;

  2. Suspected fraud or unauthorised payment;

  3. Unavailable inventory;

  4. Shipping or legal restrictions;

  5. An incorrect or incomplete address;

  6. An obvious pricing or content error; or

  7. Inability to fulfil the order.

If payment was captured for an order that we cancel, it will be refunded.

We will not cancel accepted consumer orders arbitrarily where doing so would violate applicable law.

  1. PAYMENT

Payment is due when the order is submitted unless checkout states otherwise.

Only the payment methods displayed at checkout are available. Payments may be processed by Shopify and other third-party payment providers and may be subject to authentication, sanctions screening and fraud-prevention checks.

Do not send full payment-card information or banking credentials by email or through the contact form.

  1. DELIVERY

We deliver to the address provided at checkout.

Processing times, delivery estimates, available destinations, tracking, customs and delivery problems are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed date.

For consumer orders, risk of loss or damage normally passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a person identified by you to receive them, except where you independently commissioned a carrier that we did not offer.

  1. OWNERSHIP

Ownership of physical goods passes to you when we have received payment in full and the goods have been delivered, subject to applicable law.

  1. CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Bucavo offers a 30-day voluntary return period subject to the conditions in our Return and Refund Policy.

UK consumers may also have a statutory 14-day cancellation right for eligible distance purchases. This statutory right is separate from our voluntary return offer.

  1. FAULTY OR MISDESCRIBED GOODS

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for any purpose made known where applicable, and correspond with their description as required by applicable consumer law.

If a product is faulty, unsafe, incomplete, incorrect or materially misdescribed, contact bucavors@gmail.com promptly.

Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.

  1. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES

Promotions may have separate eligibility requirements, dates, usage limits and stock restrictions.

Unless expressly stated:

  1. Discount codes cannot be combined.

  2. Codes cannot be exchanged for cash.

  3. Codes cannot be applied retrospectively.

  4. Promotions remain subject to available stock.

We may reject fraudulent or abusive use of a promotion and may correct an obvious promotional error, without restricting existing contractual or statutory rights.

  1. REVIEWS AND USER CONTENT

If you submit a review, image or other content, you confirm that:

  1. It reflects your genuine experience or opinion.

  2. You have the right to submit it.

  3. It does not infringe another person’s rights.

  4. It is not unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, abusive or misleading.

  5. Any incentive or material connection has been disclosed.

You grant ERLEBE LIMITED a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and format submitted content for operating and promoting Bucavo, subject to applicable privacy and consumer-protection law.

We may moderate or remove content that violates these requirements. We will not suppress genuine negative reviews merely because they are negative.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The website’s text, graphics, layout, logos, product photography, videos and other materials are owned by or licensed to ERLEBE LIMITED and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and print reasonable portions for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell or commercially exploit protected materials without written permission, except where applicable law permits it.

  1. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

Our store uses third-party services for ecommerce hosting, payments, analytics, communications, fraud prevention, fulfilment and delivery.

Third-party websites and services may have separate terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for independent third-party content or services, except where applicable law makes us responsible.

Bucavo is powered by Shopify, but purchases made through the store are contracts between the customer and ERLEBE LIMITED, not Shopify.

  1. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY AND ERRORS

We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

We may correct typographical errors, update content, maintain systems or temporarily restrict access.

If an obvious error affects an order, we will contact you and provide the options required by applicable law.

  1. LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

  1. Death or personal injury caused by negligence;

  2. Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

  3. Breach of rights that cannot legally be excluded; or

  4. Any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

If you are a consumer, we are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill.

We are not responsible for:

  1. Losses that were not reasonably foreseeable;

  2. Business losses arising from a consumer purchase;

  3. Damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification or failure to follow instructions; or

  4. Delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

These Terms do not restrict statutory remedies for faulty, unsafe or misdescribed goods.

  1. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs action, severe weather, natural disasters, war, civil disorder, labour disruption, governmental action or widespread network failure.

We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of the event and communicate material delays. Statutory cancellation or refund rights remain unaffected.

  1. PRIVACY

We process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Shopify and other service providers may independently process information in accordance with their own privacy notices and applicable law.

  1. TERMINATION OF WEBSITE ACCESS

We may suspend or terminate website access where you materially breach these Terms, misuse the Services, threaten security or engage in fraud.

Termination of website access does not remove rights or obligations arising from an existing order.

  1. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms for future website use and future orders.

The version in effect when your order is placed applies to that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.

Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law.

  1. SEVERABILITY

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified or removed only to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue to apply.

  1. NO WAIVER

A delay in exercising a right does not waive that right.

  1. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you retain mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available under the laws of your country of residence.
