Bucavo takes product safety seriously. Product-specific packaging, warnings, age guidance and instructions always take priority over the general information below.
Before use
- An adult must read the product page, packaging, warnings and instructions before a child uses a product.
- Check that the product is appropriate for the user’s age, abilities and intended activity.
- Confirm that all parts are present and undamaged. Keep packaging, bags, cords, batteries, magnets and small parts away from children where they present a hazard.
- Complete adult assembly where required and use only compatible parts, power sources or batteries specified by the manufacturer.
During and after use
Use the product only for its intended purpose and with adult supervision where stated. Follow limits concerning age, weight, water, heat, outdoor use, protective equipment and cleaning. Inspect products regularly and stop use immediately if a part is loose, broken, sharp, overheated, leaking or otherwise unsafe.
Product information
Age grading, warnings, manufacturer or responsible-person information and traceability details may appear on the product, packaging, instructions or product page. Do not remove safety labels. Keep instructions and proof of purchase.
Report a safety concern

Include the order number, product name, batch/model information if shown, a description of the issue, photographs and whether anyone was injured. In an urgent emergency, contact the local emergency services first.
Recalls and corrective action
If we become aware of a recall or material safety issue affecting a product you purchased, we may contact you using the order details we hold and publish instructions on the website. Follow any stop-use, return, disposal, repair or replacement instructions promptly.
